HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?  

D E L I V E R Y 

  • STELLA ANTWERP aims to process and ship all orders within 2-7 days.
  • You can track the package by using the track and trace code, you'll get by mail after your package is shipped. 
  • We offer you the following delivery options: delivery to your home address, delivery to an alternative address or pick-up in one of our stores. 
  • How can you track your parcel? As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. 
  • If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to our store STELLA ANTWERP.

R E T U R N S 

  • If you are not satisfied after receipt of your order, you can return or exchange it within the period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt. The goods must be unworn and undamaged. The goods must be in the original packaging and with all labels attached. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be refused. Sales items, beachwear, lingerie and jewelry will not be accepted.  Please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your order to: info@stella-antwerp.com stating your order number, your name and the reason for your return. The goods that you wish to return or exchange you can return to:

          When the goods are received in good condition, they will be refunded to you within            the term of 10 days of receipt. The shipping cost for the goods that you want to                  return or exchange will not be refunded. Cash on delivery shipments will not be                  accepted.

E X C H A N G E

  • If you are satisfied with your goods but need a different size, you can exchange it within the time limit of 14 days. The same conditions apply for exchange than return. We will send you the required size as soon as possible, if in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will refund your purchasing fee as soon as possible.

  • You understand and agree that STELLA ANTWERP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. STELLA ANTWERP will provide you with the tracking number and contact information as needed. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
